Another week of college softball means it's time for the latest Power 10 rankings. sifoeeprocess.com's Michella Chester dives into her Week 6 analysis.
1. Oklahoma (previously 1)
Oklahoma stays on top of my Week 6 college softball Power 10. Make that two straight SEC series sweeps over ranked opponents now. It is still the sole undefeated team in the country. Sam Landry was pretty impressive in the circle and pitched 11 scoreless innings in the series. Plus, just a freshman, Gabbie Garcia hit .538 with three bombs.
2. Texas (previously 2)
Texas stays at No. 2 with an impressive series win over a fellow top team in the country. Teagan Kavan picked up both wins through the first two games, and then the team had some clutch and timely hitting when needed. Two of the best teams in the country are battling it out.
3. LSU (previously 4)
LSU moves to No. 3 as it has just one loss on the season and has been so impressive to start the year. It handled Kentucky in three straight games. Maci Bergeron had a career day in the series finale with two home runs and five RBIs, and Sydney Berzon moved to 12-0 on the season.
4. Florida (previously 3)
I almost kept Florida at No. 3 despite the series loss to Texas. It won the series finale, and you must remember the Gators competed against what some might say is the best team in the country without their ace, Keagan Rothrock. I still personally think this is one of the top teams in the country that could be competing for a title at the end of the year, but with four losses now, I switched them with LSU.
5. UCLA (previously 5)
UCLA stays at No. 5 after sweeping Purdue. Taylor Tinsley was lights out.
6. Oregon (previously 6)
Oregon won the series over Washington, still only three losses on the season now. Katie Flannery had a week, hitting .692 with four home runs and 12 RBIs.
7. Texas A&M (previously 7)
Texas A&M swept Auburn to stay put at No. 7. Emiley Kennedy tossed a one-hit shutout on Sunday.

8. Arizona (previously 8)
Arizona stays at No. 8 this time around.
9. Tennessee (previously 9)
Tennessee remains at the No. 9 spot after sweeping UConn.
10. South Carolina (previously 10)
Finally, for 10, I went back and forth with the resumes of South Carolina and Florida State for the final spot. South Carolina was in last week and dropped a midweek to Coastal Carolina. But it won the series over Georgia, a team that is well-ranked and competing in the SEC. I am keeping them in for now.
